Natal( Christmas) and Random

The night we went to the temple and ran into Elder Holland. It was so special for us.
Na noite em que fomos ao templo e encontramos Elder Holland la. Foi tao especial.

 Tuesday nights became a tradition to us to go the Open Mic nights at the Roll Up Crepes. This way we get to eat good food, Stirling gets to share his most precious talent of playing the guitar and singing.  And after he sings, he gets a free crepe, every time. What a blessing in our lives. I wish more people in the world would have an opportunity like this.
Tercas feiras ja virou uma tradicao pra gente  ir para um lugar chamado Roll Up Crepes onde o microfone eh aberto para quem quiser cantar. Stirling canta, agente come comida gostosa, e ainda ele ganha um crepe de graca por ter cantado. Que bencao e quantas pessoas nao iriam querer ter essa oportunidade.

 We went with Adam and Shaye to buy a Christmas tree, and it was so fun. Specially because this was our second year buying it together. It just might become a tradition. hehe

Nos fomos comprar nossa arvore de natal com nossos cunhados, a irma de Stirling e o marido dela. Fui bem legal porque essa era nosso segundo ano comprando nossa arvore de Natal com eles. Talvez vai virar uma outra tradicao. hehe

  How beautiful, we like it simple and pretty.

Que lindo que ficou nossa casinha com a arvore que escolhemos. Ela eh flocorizada, que significa que eles jogam flocos de mentira pra parecer que tem neve, e eu amo. E colocamos luzes azulzinha, Stirling que escolheu, e eu gostei porque eu gosto de azul. Simples e bonito.

 This little nativity we found at D.I. for a dollar. It is small and simple but it means so much to us. We like  it like that to remind us the true meaning of Christmas.

Agente encontrou esse natividade agente encontrou na loja do Deseret, foi dois reais, tao lindinho. Agente gosta porque ajuda agente a lembrar o verdadeiro significa do Natal.

 Our late night snack = breakfast of champions haha.

Thanksgiving- Dia de Acao de Gracas

 Thanksgiving was super fun, I loved the time spent together and all the delicious food we got to eat. 

O dia de acao de gracas foi muito divertido, Eu amei passar tempo com a familia e comer muita comida gostosa. Tambem tava animada soh pra nao ter que trabalhar por quatro dias.

 I made the turkey veggie tray, I thought would be fun to have something delicious and creative at the same time. Plus we got to eat veggies all day before the big meal. That way we didn't feel so guilty eating unhealthy later.

Eu fiz um peru com legumes. Eu pensei que seria divertido fazer alguma coisa bem gostosa, saudavel e ao mesmo tempo criativa. Agente comeu legumes o dia inteiro antes da grande comelanca. Dessa maneira agente nao sentiria tao mal comendo um monte mais tarde. 

While waiting for the food to be ready, I got to be a little silly.

Enquanto esperava para a comida ficar pronta, eu soh brincava com Stirling.
