Fall- in LOVE again

Eu acho que eu to falling in love again, me apaixonando de novo pelos Estados Unidos. O outono eh tao lindo aqui, e o friozinho das manhas me da uma felicidadezinha na barriga. Estou amando esse outono.

Semana passada uma de minhas amigas me contou que foi assaltada e o trauma que aquilo tinha dado nela. Fiquei pensando se ainda quero mesmo voltar para morar no Brazil. Eu amo tanto meu pais, minha cultura, a simplicidade e a felicidade de la. Eu soh sinto que aqui nos Estados Unidos nada eh suficiente. Voce sempre tem que ser mais e mais e mais e mais. Mais coisas do mundo. Mais beleza, mais sensualidade, mais dinheiro. Essa cultura de quem tem mais eh mais feliz, eh melhor. Basicamente faz com que voce se sinta sem valor. Mas essa eh soh minha perspectiva e talvez eu esteja errada.

I think I am starting to fall in love again, falling in love for America. Fall is so beautiful here, and the the cold crisp mornings gives me this fuzzy feeling in my tummy. I am loving this fall.

Last week one of my Brazilian friends, who is living in Natal- Brazil, told me she was robbed and how that had given her such a trauma. It made me wonder if I still wanna live in Brazil. I love my country so much, my culture, the simplicity and happiness there. I just feel that here in America nothing is ever enough. You always have to be more and more and more. More of the things of the world. More beauty, more sensuality, more rich. This culture of whoever has more is happier, is better. Basically makes me feel worthless. But that's just my perspective and maybe I am wrong.
