As this season approaches, I think its time for me to sit down and write down all the things I am grateful for. I know we all get caught up in the routine, sometimes we forget to slow down and be grateful. I love how we get this time here in the USA and the weather is a lot like it too. It is getting colder and colder with the days and I as a Brazilian always get scared because I think I still haven't gotten used to the culture yet. My body craves all things sugar and fat. but enough of venting, I am here to be grateful haha. So as I washed the dishes I prayed to my Heavenly Father to think about the things I am grateful for. And so many blessings has come into my mind. Here is a list I pray I can always think about and ponder whenever I am stressed or feeling hopeless.
1. I am grateful for living in a country with endless opportunities to success and  for freedom.
2. I am grateful for living in a country where there are seasons. I am sure I am grateful besides the downsides of not knowing how to appreciate the changes just yet.
3. I am grateful for having the opportunity to learn so much about life and marriage and being a mom.
4. I am grateful for all that my parents have done for me to have had me here for the longest time possible.
5. I am grateful for them always believing in me and always prayed for me to get to where I am to be.
6. I am grateful for my mom, my sister and my mother-in-law and sister-in-laws and for their amazing example. I just pray I can be at least 1% like them. They have gone through so much in life and have always kept their faith in God. I do get a little insecure as I try to measure myself up to them.
7. I am grateful for being healthy, for having an amazing body and for being able to have giving birth to a wonderful, full of love daughter.
8. I am grateful for an amazing husband and for all the capacities he has to grow and to become the best he can each and every day. I just pray I can become the best version of myself to him. Although I still don't know what the best version of myself is or will be. I just hope my sister can come and help me find out. (by the way I am praying so hard to my Heavenly Father to let her have a VISA so she can come visit me and Erma) Only Heavenly Father knows what I have been through this almost 7 years living away from home (Brazil)
9. I am so grateful for the opportunity my husband and I are having of going to school and having this time to ponder about what and how we want to make a difference in the world and to the people around us and in our community. I hope and pray me and Stirling will find what it will be that we want to do.
10. I am grateful for the home we live in right now and for the love we have for each other here and the memories we have made together.

I am running out of gratitude for today. Erma's crying haha.
